1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HOA Resident Hub ("the Service"), you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Service's intended design and purpose within your community association. You specifically agree not to:

  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or threaten others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other residents' accounts.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes on intellectual property.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. HOA Resident Hub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must immediately notify your Association Manager of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Community Data & Privacy

We respect the privacy of your community data. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of community management and communication. We do not sell resident data to third-party advertisers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Payments

If you make payments (e.g., HOA dues, amenities booking) through the Service, you agree to the terms of our third-party payment processors. HOA Resident Hub is not a bank and does not hold funds; we facilitate the secure transmission of payments to your Association's designated accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

HOA Resident Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to temporary service interruptions or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms of Service or engages in illegal activity.
